You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Catholic Product Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. Content must align with Catholic values and must not contain hate speech, explicit material, or misleading information.

• Do not submit spam, fraudulent products, or misleading content
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Products should serve the common good and align with Catholic social teaching

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, and original content are owned by Catholic Product Hub. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Catholic Product Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
